Ue4 pawn vs character. They are required to use a capsule collider and a static mesh. I’m having a tough time understand what “pawn”, “actor” & “character” is. However, I’d be surprised if you were unable to simply create a new pawn BP and add the components you need in place of a static mesh or whatever else. The Character class (derived from the Pawn class) has built-in functionality for bipedal movement such as walking, running, and jumping.
